Description

In Zulauf.

The Hornady Lock'n Load Neck Turn Tool is effectively a miniature lathe designed for use with a drill. Intended to adjust the thickness of the case neck, it is a tool for the experienced reloader focused on maximum precision and should therefore be used with care to avoid excessively weakening the case neck and shoulder.

The tool comes with 4 guide pins for the most common calibers - .22, 6mm, 6.5mm & .30 - and additional guide pins from .17 to .375 can be purchased separately. With the ability to adjust the cutting thickness in 0.0005" increments (0.013mm), it is suitable for precision-oriented case adjustments. There is also the possibility of stepless, potentially finer tool adjustment.

The drive is via a .25" / 6.35mm square drive, which is standard for tool bits and should be available on any suitable drill. Fast, efficient, and precise for the demanding reloader.

The operating manual is available for download here.

The Hornady Manufacturing Company was founded in 1949 by Joyce Hornady and initially started with automotive body manufacturing before also developing bullets for reloaders. The latter division was initially scoffed at by many, but according to the first company slogan "Accurate, Deadly, Dependable," hunting enthusiasts were quickly impressed by the excellent quality, and the steadily growing success has continued to this day. The family business offers an incredibly wide range of almost all common calibers and ammunition variants for hunting, sport shooting, or the military. Hornady ammunition is absolutely precise, consistently accurate with perfect ballistics. When it comes to premium ammunition, Hornady is hard to overlook today.

Note: This Hornady product is subject to export restrictions and can only be shipped within Germany.
