The state-of-the-art 640x512 pixel VOx sensor with 12 µm pixel pitch delivers detailed and high-contrast images even in fog, rain, or high humidity. Thanks to the excellent thermal sensitivity of under 20 mK, even the smallest temperature differences are reliably detected. This allows you to keep an eye on wildlife, people, or other heat sources safely at great distances. The detection distance is up to 1,300 meters, while reliable recognition is possible up to 430 meters.

The brilliant 0.39 inch AMOLED display with 1024 x 768 pixels ensures a high-contrast and fluid representation. Even at extremely low temperatures, the display operates reliably and provides a pleasant viewing experience with high image sharpness. Additionally, six different color palettes are available, including an eye-friendly green mode for longer observations at night. Unused color modes can be conveniently disabled in the quick menu. Particularly practical is the extensive image management of the Cyclone series. Brightness, contrast, sharpness, and anti-image noise can each be adjusted in ten levels. This is complemented by three scene modes and individually adjustable display background colors in gray, blue, or purple. This allows the device to be optimally adapted to any hunting and observation situation.

Another highlight is the integrated AI range measurement based on a deep learning algorithm. The system automatically detects animals and people in the field of view and displays the estimated distance directly. Through the app connection, users also receive notifications as soon as an object is in the field of view. The alerts can occur via vibration, sound signal, or silently.

The replaceable battery system with standard 18650 Li-Ion batteries offers maximum flexibility in the field. Per battery, the ThermTec Cyclone 625 achieves a runtime of up to eight hours. Since two batteries and a charger are already included in the package, operating times of up to 16 hours are possible – ideal for long sits or extended observation tours.
