The Winchester Wildcat in Flat Dark Earth (FDE) color is one of the most innovative small caliber self-loading rifles on the market today. It breaks with traditional designs and offers shooters an extremely lightweight, maneuverable, and above all, maintenance-friendly rifle in .22lr caliber. The distinctive FDE color of the stock gives the Wildcat a modern, tactical appearance that perfectly matches its advanced technology.

The unique feature of the Wildcat is its housing design: With just the push of a button, the entire lower assembly including trigger unit, bolt, and firing pin can be removed from the housing without tools. This allows for cleaning of the barrel from the chamber side – a huge advantage for the precision and longevity of the firearm.
Ergonomic skeleton stock and highest modularity

The robust polymer stock in FDE is designed as a skeleton stock, which minimizes the overall weight of the weapon. The ergonomics are optimized for both right- and left-handed users. A special highlight is the magazine compatibility: The Wildcat uses its own highly reliable 10-round rotary magazines but is fully compatible with the widely used magazines of the Ruger 10/22 platform.

Additionally, the stock features an integrated Picatinny rail on the fore-end (including cover), allowing for quick mounting of bipods or tactical accessories. The rear stock also has integrated sling swivel mounts.
Precision in two variants: 16.5" and 18" barrel

To meet different requirements, the Wildcat FDE is available in two barrel lengths. The ultra-compact 16.5 inch (42 cm) variant is extremely agile, while the 18 inch (46 cm) variant offers a slightly longer sight line. Both barrels are precision-manufactured and feature a muzzle thread (1/2"x20 UNF), making the use of suppressors or compensators a breeze.

For target acquisition, a Picatinny rail on the top of the housing is available for optics. Alternatively, the adjustable ghost ring sight can be used, allowing for instinctive and quick target acquisition.
Clever features for shooting everyday life

Winchester has thought of everything with the Wildcat: The magazine release is ambidextrous and can be operated via side sliders or a lever on the bottom. In the removed trigger group, two Allen keys are securely stored, which can be used to adjust the sights or disassemble the firearm. A manual bolt catch rounds out the features.
