About the engraving: The receiver is adorned with a beautiful, deeply-relieved hunting scene. At the center is a dynamically leaping pointing dog in a detailed forest and landscape with ferns. The engraving is three-dimensional, of the highest quality, and bears the clear signature “Capece” in the lower right corner.

Rocco Capece is one of the most renowned engravers of FN Herstal/Browning.
