You are buying this so-called trench magazine for 98er Mauser systems. Towards the end of the war, such conversions were occasionally made from existing MG26(t) / ZB26 and also MG13 magazines to increase magazine capacity. Extremely effective.
Not a prohibited item, as this is NOT a magazine, but an enlarged magazine box. So freely sellable.
