The ThermTec Cyclone 625 thermal imaging camera handheld device impresses as a powerful, compact monocular for precise observations by day and night. Equipped with a high-resolution VOx detector (640 × 512 pixels) and a fine pixel size of 12 µm, the device delivers razor-sharp thermal images with impressive detail recognition – even in difficult weather conditions.
Thanks to the high temperature sensitivity of only 20 mK (NETD), even minimal temperature differences are reliably made visible. In combination with the 25 mm F1.0 objective lens, a detection range of up to 1300 meters is achieved, allowing for clear recognition of distant objects.
The brilliant AMOLED display with 1024 × 768 pixels ensures a high-contrast and eye-friendly representation. This is supported by six different color palettes such as White-Hot, Black-Hot, or Red-Hot, which provide optimal visibility depending on the application – from quick object detection to targeted detail analysis.
Modern features such as the integrated AI-supported rangefinder, hot-spot tracking, and target outline mode enable even more precise assessment of the surroundings. Additionally, the Cyclone 625 offers practical features like picture-in-picture (PiP), various image modes, and customizable display backlighting.
For maximum flexibility, the integrated 32 GB memory allows for video recording, and the WiFi function enables connection with a smartphone or tablet. The power supply is provided by a replaceable 18650 battery with up to 8 hours of runtime – ideal for longer missions.
With its robust, IP67-certified housing, the ThermTec Cyclone 625 is well protected against dust and water. Despite the powerful technology, the device remains pleasantly lightweight and compact at only 261 g – perfect for mobile use.
