Monocular Design
The Hikmicro Lynx LQ35 3.0 thermal imaging camera handheld device is a modern and compact observation tool for hunting, wildlife observation, and security applications. By combining powerful sensor technology, intelligent image processing, and a compact design, the device offers reliable thermal imaging performance even under challenging conditions such as fog, rain, or complete darkness.
At its core, it features a high-resolution thermal imaging sensor with 640 × 512 pixels and a 12 µm pixel size, allowing for a particularly detailed representation of heat sources. The very high thermal sensitivity of ≤ 15 mK NETD ensures that even the smallest temperature differences are clearly visible – a crucial advantage in wildlife observation or searching for heat sources in complex environments.
With a powerful 35-mm-F1.0 lens, the device achieves a detection range of up to 1,800 meters, allowing for reliable detection of distant heat sources. The high-resolution 0.49-inch AMOLED display with 1920 × 1080 pixels provides a high-contrast and pleasant image that can be viewed fatigue-free even during prolonged use.
For particularly stable and continuous image representation, the device features the HSIS Shutterless Image System, which avoids typical calibration interruptions found in many thermal imaging devices. Additionally, the Image Pro and Zoom Pro image algorithms significantly enhance contrast, sharpness, and detail reproduction, enabling precise observation even at greater distances.
The Hikmicro Lynx LQ35 3.0 remains very compact and lightweight despite its strong performance. Weighing around 365 g, it feels comfortable in the hand and is ideal for longer observations in the field. Power is supplied via replaceable 18650 batteries, allowing for flexible extension of operating time. Additionally, the device can also be powered via USB-C with a power bank.
Other features such as photo and video recording, 64 GB internal storage, WiFi hotspot, picture-in-picture mode (PIP), multiple color palettes, and a local album expand the possibilities of use and make the device a versatile companion for demanding users in the field or during outdoor observations.
