InfiRay Tube TD50L 850 nm Digital Night Vision Scope

The iRay Tube TD50L combines a digitally supported night vision riflescope with a daylight riflescope. The special feature of this model is the possible color representation of the image tube. The IR illuminator with a wavelength of 850 nanometers is somewhat stronger but not 100% wildlife safe. The image intensifier sensor offers an extremely high resolution of 1440 x 1080 pixels with a pixel size of 16 micrometers. This peak performance would be hardly achievable or affordable with today's technology in a thermal imaging device. The lens has a diameter of 50 millimeters and is therefore particularly light-sensitive, making its use as a daylight scope alongside night vision use very sensible; a second scope is therefore no longer necessary. Target acquisition is possible at a distance of 600 meters, and the magnification of 4 x - 16 x makes it one of the strengths of the TD50 L for long-range use. The combination with large calibers is also possible, as the housing can withstand recoil up to 1000 G safely. The operating time of 13 hours is made possible by two batteries, one of which is built-in, while the second external one can be replaced at any time. The battery can be recharged via the USB port, and a USB power bank can also be used. Since the technology is digital, it is not surprising that a video recorder with 16 gigabytes of storage is included. A Wi-Fi module has also been considered, allowing one to four smartphones to be controlled via WiFi to share observations. Bad weather such as rain or snow cannot harm the housing, as it is dust and waterproof according to IP67.
