The Wild series from the manufacturer ThermTec is the current handheld thermal imaging camera line with the latest hardware and software enhanced by Artificial Intelligence. Various models are available, suitable for beginners to professional users.
The models differ in the resolution of the detector, field of view width, and range; the remaining hardware and software are the same across all thermal cameras. The AMOLED display with 1024 x 768 pixels provides HD quality. The video recorder offers a generous 64 gigabytes of storage for photos and video clips.
For thermal detection, a VOx sensor is used, which can distinguish even the smallest nuances of a heat source with a temperature sensitivity of under 18 microkelvins. Also new is the data processing, which can produce an even better image through AI.
Focusing is particularly easy with the wheel on the top, whether in complete darkness or while wearing gloves. The menu navigation through the mini joystick is also a comfortable solution.
The image calibration of the ThermTec Wild 635 thermal imaging camera handheld device can be done automatically or manually; in automode, the learning AI takes over the parameters. Zoom-Pro is also supported by AI technology, making digital magnification sharp and clear.
The high-quality magnesium alloy is waterproof with IP67 and shock-resistant. Additionally, the material effectively dissipates heat from the technology to the outside.
The power supply is provided by a rechargeable battery that can be swapped for a charged battery in just a few seconds. A charger + 2 batteries are included with every thermal imaging camera.
