SIG SAUER SG563 LB SPORT

The SIG Sauer SG 563 LB Sport is a compact semi-automatic rifle in caliber .223 Remington and belongs to the proven SG-55x platform from Swiss manufacturing. The system is based on a robust gas-operated mechanism with a rotating bolt and is known for its reliability as well as its durable construction.

Equipped with a 12" barrel (approx. 30.5 cm) and a 7" twist rate, the rifle offers stable bullet guidance even with heavier projectiles. The compact overall length of under 60 cm ensures very manageable handling and makes the weapon particularly interesting for dynamic disciplines in the sporting field.

The integrated STANAG adapter allows the use of common AR-15 magazines, significantly expanding compatibility. In combination with precise manufacturing and proven system technology, this results in a reliable and versatile sporting rifle for demanding shooters.

Regarding execution in Germany:
In Germany, the SG 563 SB & LB is delivered with a telescopic fixed stock instead of a folding stock, as the weapon would fall below the minimum overall length of 60 cm with the stock folded.
Regarding availability / approval:
A variant with BKA approval for sports shooters is in preparation. A specific delivery date is currently not known.
