Description

Damage Images, Causes, Prevention - Recognizing, Assessing, and Avoiding Damage from Wild Boar, Red Deer, Roe Deer & Co.
The recognition and assessment of wildlife damage and its compensation by the liable party (usually the hunting leaseholder) repeatedly causes conflicts between landowners and hunters, especially in times of excessive wild boar populations, as it often involves significant amounts of money. This book provides the practical foundations for addressing damage and its causes in fields and forests, thereby distinguishing between compensable and non-compensable damages as well as objectively assessing the extent of the damage. Additionally, it describes options and measures for the preventive minimization of damage.
