"Echt Wild" contains eleven instructions for versatile dishes with game meat. The special thing: the recipes come from influencers, that is, people who have a high reach on social media. Outdoor content creator Andrea Steinberg, known as @bushcraft_alli, serves grilled wild boar steaks, food and hunting influencer Jan van Knapheide (@realvanknapheide) presents his pheasant tacos, and game sommelier Markus Hofmann (@rehzept) reveals how to recreate his nutria ragout.
