Wild on Wild(-Plants)!: Discover native plants for wild cuisine - refined recipes for every season! The brochure from the Deutscher Jagdverband and the Wild on Wild initiative is about wild plants, herbs, berries, and mushrooms that not only look beautiful but are especially delicious! Over 80 pages, the wild plants are divided into the four seasons. For each season, 8 wild plants and berries are briefly described with illustrative photos, and in winter, there are 6. The real photos of self-picked plants can be perfectly matched with the plants you see on your walk. You see what you see! This makes it easier to identify the plants and especially the mushrooms, eliminating any risk of confusion in identification. In short and informative texts, the wild plants are described in terms of their appearance, shape, taste, and areas of application. Following this, incredibly delicious recipes are provided that incorporate the wild plants. From delicious sliced venison to modern dishes like Chicken of the Woods from sulfur shelf fungus, there is something for every taste. Selected recipes include QR codes that link to cooking videos from the Youtube channel Wild on Wild by the Deutscher Jagdverband. The beauty of the brochure is that the application is so simple.
