For children under 10 years old, coping saws with a frame smaller than 30 cm are more suitable. The coping saw is perfect for shaping thin solid wood or plywood boards with a thickness of up to 1 cm. For working with children, wood boards up to a maximum of 6 mm are recommended, as the thicker the wood, the harder it is to saw. Whether straight cuts, zigzags, or curves: the coping saw masters all challenges. Tips: choose the right wood, secure the saw blade properly, start with simple shapes, secure the wood correctly, avoid binding the saw blade, saw with little pressure.
