The new Cyclone 625 is a thermal imaging handheld device in pocket size. This handheld device impresses not only with its compact size but also with a featherweight of just 260 g. The device features the new, energy-saving 12 µm VOX sensor. This allows for the detection of game at distances of up to 1300 m and recognition at over 430 m. The fusion of a 640x512px sensor and the 25mm lens results in an incredible field of view width of 30.6m. The perfect device for every stalker! Additionally, the new Cyclone 625 has a battery replacement system that operates with the popular 18650 battery. Thanks to the second battery included in the package, a runtime of up to 16 h is generated. The hotspot connection allows the user to control and display in the app (via Wi-Fi connection of the thermal imaging device with a smartphone or tablet). This way, you have the option to share the live image or images/videos taken with the device with other users or friends in real-time.

The new Cyclone 625 has a new highly sensitive sensor and adapted electronic nodes, thus achieving a system performance NETD value of less than 20 mK. This includes higher thermal sensitivity and more strongly contrasted object images, ensuring better detail and image representation even in higher humidity, fog, or rain. With a low NETD value, even the smallest temperature differences are resolved. This is particularly helpful when the temperature differences between game and surroundings are significantly smaller or to maintain image quality stability in higher humidity.

To better meet the different user requirements for the visual experience, the new Cyclone 625 offers sensor brightness, contrast, sharpness, and anti-image noise in 10 levels each, display brightness in 5 levels, and four display backlight colors (Gray, Blue, Purple, and Red).
6 color palettes - any color palette you do not need can be disabled in the quick menu. The user can have 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 color palettes in the quick menu and is thus not forced to scroll through all the color palettes that are not needed! Furthermore, the device has three different modes: object mode, background mode, and target outline mode.

The AMOLED microdisplays are high-resolution, miniaturized displays with typical pixel densities > 1200 dpi. The high pixel density cannot be perceived with the naked eye, so a magnifying optic is always necessary. Unlike modulating LCD or LCOS technologies, the OLED microdisplays are self-illuminating, with contrast ratios of more than 10,000:1 and operate reliably even at extremely low temperatures (-30 °C).

Regarding battery life, a replaceable battery system has been integrated into the new Cyclone series, which fully adapts to the needs of its users. The popular 18650 battery is used, which you can charge or replace quickly and easily at any time. The package includes two 18650 batteries and a charger, with which the new Cyclone series achieves a runtime of up to 16 hours in continuous operation.
