Sauer exchange barrel 505/404 Heavy DLC

It has an M17x1 muzzle thread, is without sights, and depending on caliber and personal choice, is 47 to 62 cm long.

The heavier heavy contour barrels make the bolt-action rifle front-heavy and ensure better oscillation behavior. Additionally, the inherent precision of the barrel increases, and the recoil of the bolt-action rifle is reduced.

DLC coating
The surface of the barrel made by Sauer from a specially developed steel is coated with a DLC coating. DLC stands for "Diamond Like Carbon." This type of coating is very environmentally friendly and biocompatible compared to galvanic coatings. Through a thin-film coating process, the coated components become particularly resistant and very smooth.
