The PIXFRA Taurus T425 has been specifically designed for use in structurally rich environments where a large field of view and quick orientation are crucial. With its compact design, low weight, and powerful sensor technology, it provides reliable support for observation in forest areas, along clearings, or at short distances.

Thanks to the 25 mm f1.0 lens, the device offers an exceptionally large field of view of 19.2 m × 14.4 m at 100 m. This allows for quick detection and tracking of moving heat sources. Especially in difficult terrain, this feature provides significantly more orientation and safety during observation.
Sensitive sensor for detailed representation
The integrated VOx sensor with 384 × 288 pixels and a pixel size of 12 µm enables a precise representation of the finest temperature differences in conjunction with a thermal sensitivity of less than 18 mK. The detection range of up to 1300 meters ensures reliable detection even at greater distances.
Modern Image Processing with AI Support
The PIPS 2.0 image processing optimizes the display through improved zoom, reduced image disturbances, and clearer contours. Additionally, the AI-supported AAIC calibration ensures that the image automatically adapts to changing environmental conditions and continuously improves.
Fine adjustment and constant precision
With a click value of 0.9 cm at 100 m, the device offers a particularly precise adjustment option. The sub-pixel technology ensures high repeat accuracy and stable settings even with frequent use.
Intuitive operation and thoughtful design
The ergonomic 3-button system allows for easy and silent control. The focus can be comfortably adjusted via a finely tuned rotary knob. Additionally, the device can be controlled via a Bluetooth remote with a magnetic holder.
Robust and ready for use in any weather
The housing made of robust magnesium alloy reliably protects the technology from external influences. With an IP67 protection class, the device is dustproof and waterproof, and operates reliably even at extreme temperatures from -30 °C to +55 °C.
Durable Power Supply
The power supply is provided by replaceable 18650 batteries. With a runtime of up to 7.5 hours per battery, extended use is easily possible. Two batteries are already included in the delivery.
