The Tendy Schlachtset 3-pc. is a thoughtfully assembled knife set for game processing and precise disassembly. Three specially coordinated knives cover the central work steps from controlled opening to detaching and more powerful cuts along bones and joints. The blades are made of 5CR15MOV steel with a hardness of 56–58 HRC and a blade thickness of 2.5 to 3 mm. This provides the set with a balanced combination of stability, edge retention, and easy resharpening. The ergonomically shaped, rubberized TPR handles ensure a secure grip and precise control even in wet conditions. Note: The set includes, in addition to the three knives, a sharpening steel and a robust nylon case with integrated plastic protection. This makes the set practical not only for the game chamber but also for transport to the hunting area.
