The Churchill Hunting 812E OxyCap shotgun features a coating concept developed by Akkar itself, which is durable, easy to maintain, and aesthetically pleasing.The over-and-under shotgun Churchill Hunting 812E OxyCap from Akkar is a noble yet simple, classic over-and-under shotgun with its black receiver, matte blued barrel, and walnut stock. Its qualitative uniqueness is reflected in its name: the Akkar proprietary coating process OxyCap.

The OxyCap Coating
OxyCAP is an innovative surface hardening process developed in-house by Akkar, functioning on the principle of heat treatment and providing better protection than conventional coatings. This treatment is applied to the steel housing and locking parts. It results in high abrasion, corrosion, and impact resistance. The OxyCap-hardened surfaces are extremely smooth, making it difficult for dirt and residues to adhere. This also facilitates the cleaning and maintenance of the shotgun.

The Stock
The stock of the Churchill Hunting 812E OxyCap is made of walnut and has a matte finish. Its ergonomics ensure relaxed shooting, and the grip areas on the pistol grip and forend have a fish scale texture that feels pleasant in the hands. The stock is finished with a black cap.

The System
The black receiver with the aforementioned OxyCap finish and the completely black trigger unit match perfectly with the walnut wood. The action box is made of steel. The shotgun is designed for caliber 12/76 and steel shot proofing. It features an ejector and a selectable single trigger.

The Barrels
The Churchill Hunting 812E OxyCap is equipped with 71 cm long over-and-under barrels. The barrel surface is matte blued, the rib is 7 mm wide and fitted with a red fiber optic front sight. 5 interchangeable chokes are included in the delivery.
