The Stock
The Max version of the Mauser 25 features a stained and finished one-piece laminated wood stock made of beech. This type of stock has already been very popular among hunters with the Mauser 12 and the Mauser 18. Its steep pistol grip and thumb hole are ergonomically designed to keep the shooting hand relaxed at all times. The polymer back is height-adjustable to suit your individual physique. The grip surfaces are equipped with a tactile pleasant fish skin texture, and the stock cap noticeably compensates for recoil.

The System
For the bolt of the 25 Max, Mauser has chosen a bolt type with two support flaps, the Spread-Lock-250. It locks quickly and secures at two times 125 degrees with 66 mm2 contact area in the locking socket. Thus, maximum safety does not come at the expense of repeating speed. The straight chamber handle is optimally positioned above the trigger to ensure a quick rate of fire. The 2-position safety is easily released with a thumb press. The direct trigger is infinitely adjustable between 700 g and 1,700 g trigger weight. The removable single-row magazine made of polyamide has a capacity of 3 cartridges.

The Barrel
The precision barrel of the Mauser M 25 Max is made of cold-forged special steel and is coated against corrosion with a plasma oxidation finish. This coating is produced under heat from nitrogen and water without the addition of chemicals. The barrel has M15x1 muzzle threads, its length is 51 cm for standard calibers and 62 cm for magnum calibers.

The Riflescope
The mounting of the sight optic is securely and repeatably done via a detachable ring mount on an original Mauser 25 Picatinny rail. Depending on your individual needs, you can choose from the following brand precision optics:

All components are assembled by our experts in-house, and the rifle is carefully zeroed at our shooting range.
