Acquisition and shipping of firearms within the country

If you wish to purchase an item via shipping, please note that we require your complete contact details including phone number. You will receive an email from us in which we send you an order confirmation in the form of a customer order. Please note, the order will be sent as a PDF, please also check your spam folder. Here you will find all the necessary information such as shipping costs and bank details. When purchasing firearms, we require your acquisition authorization in the following form:
For the purchase of handguns or for the purchase of long guns through a firearms ownership license (WBK) with an approved pre-entry, we always need the WBK in original form, as we, as the transferor, must enter the model and serial number.
For the purchase of long guns by hunters, we require the hunting license or a certified copy! It is also possible to send us a scan via email, but only in connection with the phone extension and name of the responsible contact person at your issuing authority.
Please note that we only ship with certified shipping companies that guarantee personal delivery. It is necessary that you can identify yourself personally to the courier. Delivery usually takes place on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM; by arrangement, a different delivery address can also be specified. Appointment deliveries are also possible, but at a cost.

Acquisition and shipping of firearms to EU countries

Sales to EU countries are possible; however, we require a so-called transfer permit from the recipient country.
To check the transport costs, we need your complete address; without this, we cannot determine the shipping costs.
If you wish to purchase a firearm from an EU country, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email in the form of a so-called customer order, which includes the firearm number and bank details or the international account details. The customer order will also specify the actual transport costs incurred. These must be paid in advance along with the price of the firearm. You will receive this as a PDF file; please also check your spam folder.
With the incoming payment of the purchase price, the goods are firmly reserved for you. If no payment is received within 10 working days, the firearm may be released for sale again. You will then have no claim to fulfillment of your order.
Once you have received the EU transfer permit from your responsible regulatory authority, please send it to us in original form; you will receive it back with the ordered firearm. We will then apply for the German export permit. Depending on the workload at the authority, this can usually take 8-10 days, in individual cases even 2-3 weeks.
After that, the firearm will be shipped as soon as possible.

In general, we always require a phone number for international shipping, preferably a mobile phone or a landline number where you can be reached at any time for inquiries.
non-EU countries

If you want to purchase a weapon from abroad, you will receive an order confirmation in the form of a customer order, specifying the number of weapons and the international bank account from us via email. This comes via PDF file, please check your spam filter. With immediate payment of the purchase price, the product is firmly reserved for you. Should no payment arrive within 10 business days, the weapon will be released again for sale if necessary. You are then not entitled to fulfill your order. Because the arms delivery to these countries may be difficult and expensive, we work together with the company Krico and Falko (the contact details of the company will be sent to you upon request), but the buyer must entrust this company with the shipping and settle the costs.
