With the Hammerli Arms Forge H1 22 Match, the classic 1911 design takes another step towards sport. The fully adjustable LPA rear sight stands out, as it not only comes into play in dynamic disciplines but also allows for greater precision in static disciplines. The trigger has also been optimized and contributes to the enhanced performance.
The CNC-machined aluminum slide (T7075) with Cerakote coating allows for easy visual inspection of the loading status through the control port at the chamber. The safety system of the Forge H1 includes the typical 1911 thumb safety and grip safety for the classic "Cocked & Locked" carry style. Common 1911 holsters are available due to unrestricted accessory compatibility. The hammer's safety notch serves as an additional drop safety. The Commander-style hammer and the skeletonized trigger also provide visual highlights. The Santoprene grip panels are non-slip and meet the 1911 standard. To personalize the shooting experience, they can be replaced with countless options from the 1911 grip panel accessory market. The Picatinny rail also allows for the attachment of various accessories for further customization to individual personal needs. The Forge H1 can be disassembled without a bushing wrench and is delivered in a gun case with four 12-round steel magazines. 10-round magazines are available as an option, as well as a muzzle adapter for suppressors and compensators (1/2"-28 UNEF).
