Carl Walther Ulm KK Single-shot Sport Rifle with ZF Tasco 2.5-10x42

Good day,

offered is a beautiful single-shot rifle from the manufacturer Carl Walther Ulm model KK Match / Varmint in well-used condition. The single-shot rifle has the caliber .22lr as per the model name.

The wooden stock is equipped with a textured checkering and has a sliding rail on the underside for attachments, e.g., a cheek piece. Currently, a budget-friendly Tasco 2.5-10x42 without illumination is mounted on the weapon. As can be seen in the pictures, the weapon has no mounted sights.

An orange rubber butt pad is mounted on the rear stock.

The weapon shows normal signs of use for its age. Overall condition is good. The stock has light to medium pressure marks. The bluing is lighter and partially worn in the area of the chamber rod, rail, and around the muzzle.

The rifle has received a fresh inspection in our house.

Use and handling of firearms

Please be sure to observe before using the weapon.

General safety instructions for handling handguns

- Read the instruction manual of your weapon first before handling or using the weapon.
- Follow the safety rules and consider every weapon as loaded and ready to fire.
- Keep the weapon in a safe area. Use the safety and remove the magazine if necessary. Open the action and check the chamber. If necessary, remove the ammunition.
- Before loading or using the weapon, check the barrel for foreign objects, e.g., squibs, dirt, branches, snow, water droplets.
- Load your weapon only immediately before use.
- Always secure your weapon. Only immediately before firing should the weapon be made ready to fire.
- Only fire when there is no danger to the surroundings and the bullet trap behind the target is ensured. Aim precisely at the target.
- The danger area of the bullet extends up to 5 km behind the target. Depending on the caliber size, the danger area can also be further than 5 km.
- Only when you have the target in sight should you place your finger on the trigger.
- Never point or aim the weapon at an object you do not intend to shoot.
- Use only intact and undamaged ammunition from your specialist dealer or your own hand-loaded ammunition that complies with regulations, if you are a knowledgeable reloader.
- Firing damaged, unknown, or incorrectly reloaded ammunition can cause serious to fatal injuries to persons or damage your weapons.
- Load the weapon only with the appropriate ammunition and caliber for which the weapon is marked and tested.
- Ensure that no ricochets occur in the target area. These can occur from hard, smooth surfaces or the water surface.
- The ejection area of the weapon should always be kept clear, as bystanders can be injured by hot casings.
You must unload the weapon before each ascent and descent at the high seat or when getting into and driving the car. You should also unload the weapon when overcoming obstacles such as fences, hedges, streams, and ditches.

Secure your weapon if you must carry it loaded.

If your weapon has a malfunction or failure, do not attempt to forcefully fix it. Unload the weapon and take it to your gunsmith.

The weapon must always be unloaded when you set it down, transport it locked, or store it in the safe.

Always transport your weapon unloaded and in a locked container (case or box) and secure the container with a lock.

Never leave your weapon unattended. Always protect your weapons from unauthorized access.

Unless the security class of your safe does not allow it, always store your weapon separately from the ammunition. Ensure that it is kept out of reach of children and locked away.

Never use a weapon as a tool for prying or striking. This can result in an unintended discharge and damage the weapon.

Before cleaning, you must ensure the weapon is unloaded and that there is no ammunition in the chamber, magazine, or bolt.

Maintenance or cleaning may only take place with the weapon fully unloaded.

Do not handle the weapon from the muzzle end.

Only hand over your weapon when it is unloaded and only to persons who can ensure safe and proper handling of the weapon.

When lending or selling your weapon to a person with a firearms license, you should always provide the operating instructions and any related documents with the weapon.

Always wear your personal protective equipment such as hearing protection and safety glasses during your hunting or shooting activities!

Refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages before and during hunting or shooting at the shooting range.

The above warnings must be strictly observed! Failure to comply may result in fatal injuries and property damage. Additionally, non-compliance may call your reliability into question and result in the revocation of your firearms license!
