The Winchester XPR Thumbhole Threaded combines the proven reliability of the XPR series with the superior ergonomics of a thumbhole stock made from high-quality laminate wood. This bolt-action rifle is designed for hunters and shooters who value a perfect hold and maximum stability. The gray laminate stock is not only visually striking but also extremely torsion-resistant and insensitive to weather influences.

Thanks to the ergonomic thumbhole stock, the wrist is relieved, which leads to a significantly calmer shot release, especially during long sits or at long distances. The XPR Thumbhole comes standard with a muzzle thread, making it easier to attach suppressors or muzzle brakes, thus significantly reducing recoil and muzzle blast.
M.O.A. trigger system and technological excellence

Like all models in the XPR series, the Thumbhole Threaded is equipped with the precise M.O.A. trigger system. This trigger operates completely dry, without take-up or creep, optimally supporting the inherent precision of the firearm. The three-lug bolt allows for a flat opening angle of only 60 degrees, enabling quick cycling without interfering with the scope.

The receiver is made of solid steel for maximum rigidity and features a generous ejection port. The Perma-Cote™ coating reliably protects all metal parts from corrosion and reflections, making the firearm an ideal companion for the tough hunting everyday life.
Adaptability and caliber variety

The Winchester XPR Thumbhole Threaded is available in a wide range of calibers, from the fast .223 Rem. for predator hunting to the proven universal calibers .308 Win. and .30-06 Spring. The free-floating barrel ensures consistent point of impact, even with rapid fire sequences.

The removable box magazine made of robust polymer allows for quick and safe loading and unloading of the firearm. The Inflex stock pad directs recoil energy away from the shooter's face, making shooting even in stronger calibers extremely pleasant.
Safety and functionality

The two-position safety is complemented by a release button that allows the firearm to be unloaded while in a safe condition. A signal pin on the bolt indicates both visually and tactilely to the shooter whether the firearm is cocked. These safety features make the XPR one of the safest bolt-action rifles in its class.
Areas of application

Thanks to its precise shooting performance and ergonomic stock shape, the XPR Thumbhole is excellent for precise shots at long distances, mountain hunting, or sitting on game. The preparation for mounting bases allows for the use of a wide variety of optics.
