The multispectral binocular Ventus 650L from ThermTec is a 5-in-1 solution for all hunting and observation situations.The Ventus devices from ThermTec are multispectral thermal imaging binoculars that offer all the functions needed for hunting or wildlife observation, both day and night. The Ventus 650L is the binocular for those who want a stronger magnification and a greater detection range. It combines the following components:

a thermal imaging device,a digital night and day vision device with 4K quality,an infrared illuminator with 850 nm andan infrared illuminator with 940 nm wavelength as well asa laser rangefinder.

EIS image stabilization and AI algorithms ensure that you receive brilliant, stable, and homogeneous images in every situation and under various environmental conditions.

The thermal imaging device
The thermal module of the Ventus 650L has a high-resolution 640x512 px sensor with a pixel pitch of 12 µm and a NETD value of ≤15 mK. This allows even the smallest thermal differences to be detected, even in bad weather and high humidity. The detection range is an impressive 2,600 m, with a field of view in thermal mode of 15.4x12.3 m at 100 m. The AI Thermal Super Resolution technology (TSR) with its 4x zoom and magnification up to 14.8x delivers detail-rich and high-contrast brilliant images.

Digital day and night vision
The Ventus 650L device features a 4K Ultra CMOS sensor with 12 megapixels and a resolution of 3,536x3,536 px. The 0.5'' AMOLED display with picture-in-picture function has a resolution of 1,600×1080 px. 6 thermal color palettes are available depending on the observation situation and personal preferences. Additionally, there are the two image modes forest and rain. The 4K detector with a 50-mm F1.4 lens guarantees clear visibility in natural colors. The switch between the infrared night vision and daylight mode can be done ad hoc without refocusing. The digital zoom range is 4-16x (4x zoom).

The infrared illuminator
The Ventus 650L features a dual infrared illuminator that can be switched between wavelengths of

850 nm with a range of 400 m and940 nm with a range of 350 m

The switching is done via a lever directly on the illuminator on the underside of the binoculars.

The laser rangefinder
The laser complies with safety class 1. It has a wavelength of 905 nm and a range of 1,000 m with a measurement accuracy of ±1 m.

Device and power supply
The Ventus 650L weighs only 833 g, allowing for long, fatigue-free use. The binoculars, with their non-slip rubber coating, are ergonomically designed, and the focus ring on the upper center piece and the buttons are intuitive to operate, even with one hand. The device is waterproof according to IP67 standard. 2 interchangeable and rechargeable Li-Ion batteries provide up to 6 hours of operating time. With the integrated hotspot, the device can communicate with the ThermTec Outdoor APP on a mobile device. Service and support are also provided through this app. The Ventus also features a digital compass and an integrated 64-GB memory.
