The thermal optic offers a magnification of 3.7–14.8x, providing more details at long distances than smaller lenses. The digital channel with 4K UHD CMOS sensor (3536 x 3536 pixels) complements this with razor-sharp day and night vision images. The 0.5-inch AMOLED display with 1600 x 1200 pixels renders both image worlds with high contrast and brilliance, even at low temperatures down to -30 °C. The detachable dual IR illuminator can be switched between 850 nm (400 m range, bright) and 940 nm (350 m, discreet) and focused via a thread. In daylight or sufficient residual light intensity, the illuminator remains detached. AI-ZOOM-PRO optimizes the image during digital magnification, while the EIS image stabilizer minimizes shakes – essential for handheld observation at long distances.

Operation, ergonomics & battery life

The ergonomic housing fits securely in the hand, even during longer use. Separate focus wheels for each channel (thermal, digital, night vision) allow for precise adjustments without repositioning. All buttons are logically arranged and can be operated even with gloves. Two 18650 batteries power the device for about 6 hours without Wi-Fi (- 4 batteries included for a total runtime of 12 h). The infrared proximity sensor automatically turns off the display when removed from the eye, saving energy. IP67 protection makes the optic rainproof, and the temperature range of -20 °C to +50 °C covers all hunting conditions. 64 GB of internal storage captures photos and videos.
