The secret of precision is the ultra-fine dot and the ASV+ quick adjustment. The dot in the second image plane impresses with an extremely low target coverage. The ASV+ enables a precise shot at distances of up to 600 meters.
The idea of the ASV quick adjustment is to always be able to hold the dot. The elevation adjustment of the riflescope is utilized for this purpose. Too complicated? Not with the ASV, which takes over the elevation adjustment for the hunter. A kind of "distance scale" from 100 to 400 meters (or caliber-dependent even 600 meters) replaces the linear scale with click markings. For a projectile that, for example, drops 12 cm at 200 meters, a "2" (for 200 m) appears after six clicks, a "3" (for 300 m) after 15 clicks, and so on; of course, there are also corresponding intermediate markings.
The hunter only needs to estimate the distance to the game – or better: measure – and set the distance with the ASV reticle adjustment to then confidently hold the dot.
The new, further developed ASV+ reticle adjustment covers a wider range of ballistic curves with nine different distance scales, especially for fast and dynamic projectiles. The finer subdivision allows for even more precise adjustment to the different flight paths, making the ASV+ even more accurate. Instead of adhesive films, it is delivered with ten high-quality metal rings that can be quickly changed by the user.
