The Stock
For the stock material of the Extreme version of the Mauser 25 – here in the left-hand configuration – polymer has been used. This plastic is extremely durable and resistant. The steep pistol grip is ergonomically designed so that the shooting hand does not cramp and remains relaxed. The back is height-adjustable to match individual physique. The grip surfaces are equipped with a tactile pleasant texture and the butt plate noticeably compensates for recoil. Optionally, the buttstock of the Extreme can be varied in length from 34.9 cm to 39.9 cm using spacers.The System
The bolt of the Mauser 25 Extreme is the Spread-Lock-250 equipped with two support lugs. It locks quickly and secures at two times 125 degrees with a 66 mm2 contact area in the locking socket. Thus, maximum safety does not come at the expense of cycling speed. The straight bolt handle is optimally positioned above the trigger to ensure a quick rate of fire. The 2-position safety is easily disengaged with a thumb press. The direct trigger is infinitely adjustable between 700 g and 1,700 g trigger weight. The removable single-row magazine made of polyamide has a capacity of 3 cartridges.

The Barrel
The length of the precision barrel of the Mauser M 25 Extreme is 51 cm for standard calibers and 62 cm for magnum calibers.
It is made of cold-forged special steel and is corrosion-resistant with a plasma oxidation finish. This coating is produced under heat from nitrogen and water without the addition of chemicals. The diameter at the muzzle is 17 mm, and the barrel has an M15x1 muzzle thread.

The Riflescope
The mounting of the sight optic is secure and repeatable on a Mauser 25 Single Base Mount. Depending on your individual needs, you can choose from the following brand precision optics:

Mounting and Zeroing
