The integrated grooves free the knife edge from grinding dust, ensuring a smooth knife edge. The block diamonds used on the standard diamond disc achieve up to 80% more material removal compared to the HORL®2 product family, allowing for faster sharpening and a more uniform grind pattern. 15° sharpening angle for delicate sharpness - particularly fine blades made of high-quality carbon or damascus steel achieve a delicate sharpness with the 15° sharpening angle. Thanks to their high steel hardness, these knife edges can be finely sharpened.

20° sharpening angle for stable sharpness - with the 20° sharpening angle, you achieve a long-lasting sharpness for daily use with robust blades, such as European chef's knives. The 20° angle also gives outdoor and pocket knives a stable edge.

The HORL® Grip Pad has been developed for even better grip and now provides up to 70% more hold compared to the S-Pad of the HORL®2 . Even the smallest knives can now be fixed even better in combination with the ultra-strong magnet.
