Unger in Graz", gold-colored company inscription on the barrel rail, framed manufacturer mark/seal in the area of the barrel root, made for noble clientele, with rebounding hammer side locks, classic Rox closure with double barrel hooks, folding diopter on the system plate, museum-quality, deep, modeled relief engraving, left fox with a stripping snipe, posed red deer by bloodhound, right deer and chamois motif, on the balance between the hammers portrait of the favorite dog, on the underlying closure lever fight with golden eagle "according to Count Arcco legend", trigger guard, as well as remaining lock parts with deeply engraved leaf arabesque engraving and rear hand support made of real, grained buffalo horn, the ball barrel was expertly and professionally refurbished several decades ago in steel, wood, and horn, band damask barrel bundle classically browned, probably around 1900 changed from large caliber express cartridge to then modern caliber 9.3x72R SP through chamber barrel.....a museum-quality and extremely decorative collector's item from the great era of the K&K monarchy....
