Swarovski Z6i 1.7-10x42 SR Gen. III with rail

The extensively improved Z6i 1.7-10x42 SR Gen. III riflescope with rail is the optics predestined for mountain hunting in the new Swarovski-Z6i series.The Z6i riflescope series, popular for years, has been reissued by Swarovski as Gen. III and brought up to date technically. There are 4 models, each with (SR) and without rail (L), covering the entire hunting spectrum, from driven hunts to mountain hunting and long-distance shooting. 2 models are extensive optimizations of proven optics, while the other 2 are absolute novelties.

The Z6i 1.7-10x42 SR riflescope – with rail – is one of the two devices that have already been successfully established and have now undergone extensive improvement. The handling is more user-friendly, the eyebox has been optimized to ensure a clear image with every shot, and the switch for day and night illumination has been removed for easier operation.

As mentioned, the Z6i 1.7-10x42 SR riflescope, with its slim design, is excellent for lightweight mountain rifles. The magnification range of 1.7-10x is suitable for the distances in the mountains. Like all Z6i models, the optics are equipped with a 4A-I illuminated reticle. The thin crosshair provides minimal target coverage.

The Z61 1.7-10x42 has a high transmission value of 92% with its 42 mm objective lens. The image reproduction is clear, rich in detail, and high in contrast; the outer lenses are water-repellent and fog-free due to special Swarovski coatings. Inside, the noble gas filling prevents fogging. Thanks to the precise processing of high-quality components, the optics function without impairment even in extreme heat, cold, and rain. Included in the delivery is a personalized ballistic ring that can be configured using the Swarovski ballistic program ().
