Excellent balance and precision through Monocoque technology

The heart of the RS 3 is the innovative Walther Monocoque. Following the construction principle of Formula 1, a high-strength aluminum single-frame system housing ensures maximum rigidity and safety. All moving parts are protected like in a cage, allowing for minimal tolerances at optimal weight. Thanks to this design, the center of gravity is precisely at the level of the trigger guard, giving the weapon an intuitive pointability – it almost flies into position.
Speed in focus: The straight-pull system

When every second counts, the straight-pull system of the RS 3 shows its strengths. The cycling process occurs in a direct, linear path. Thanks to the perfectly positioned, large chamber grip ball, the eye remains on the target throughout the entire process, and the head stays securely on the stock comb. The reliable magazine holds 6 cartridges in standard calibers and is secured against accidental loss by two locking wings.
Safety and control: The tension in your hand

The intuitive hand tensioning system of the RS 3 ensures maximum safety. The weapon is only tensioned immediately when going into position. The safety status is always perceptible, supported by clear signal colors on the tension slider. For maximum precision, the Walther Performance trigger breaks at 800 grams like glass – ideal for precise long shots, yet safe enough for dynamic driven hunts.
Including QSA silencer with Zerolock quick coupling

Every RS 3 comes standard with the Walther hunting silencer QSA made of high-strength aluminum. The patented Zerolock coupling ensures that the silencer can only be mounted in one exact position. This guarantees a 100% repeatable point of impact. A separate heat shield also allows for the removal of the silencer immediately after the shot, even if it has been heated.
Maximum flexibility in optics mounting

The tool-free, one-handed, and absolutely precise trigger system allows for quick changes between different target optics. The carefully dimensioned mounting bases are already designed for the requirements of modern attachment devices and offer absolute repeatability without the need for re-sighting.
