Renaissance Rapier with a blade made of carbon steel (EN45) hand-forged, ground, and polished including sheath. Equipped with ring-shaped fittings and a forged curved basket.
The rapier is primarily a thrusting weapon and therefore not effective on a battlefield. It began its development during the 16th century in Spain and Germany.
