Garmin Xero C2 Chronograph – precise measurement data when it matters

Anyone who seriously evaluates their shots cannot do without reliable measurements. The Xero C2 Chronograph from Garmin provides exactly this data – quickly, reproducibly, and without complicated setup. A compact device that performs well on the shooting range as well as in the lab or during ballistic fine-tuning.

The difference from the Xero C1 lies primarily in the housing design and system performance. The Xero C2 is designed for direct mounting on the weapon (adapter sold separately) and is structurally optimized for the permanent absorption of recoil stress. Additionally, it features a faster processor that enables functions like the Rapid-Fire mode and reliably captures measurement series with high shot frequency.

Measurement range & evaluation at a glance
The Xero C2 captures projectile speeds from 100 to 5,000 fps. This covers a wide range of applications – from rifles and pistols to air rifles, bows, crossbows, or airsoft. Weapons with suppressors, muzzle brakes, or compensators are also reliably recorded.

The measurements provide more than just raw values. Average speed, standard deviation, and extreme spread are automatically calculated, giving a clear picture of the consistency and performance level of the respective combination.

Fast series, clearly separated sessions
The integrated Rapid-Fire mode allows for the capture of up to 10 shots per second. This is particularly advantageous for semi-automatic weapons or dynamic training forms.

With the "Resume Session" function, measurement series can be interrupted and later continued cleanly. Different weapons, barrels, or projectiles are stored separately and can be directly compared.

Thinking connected – from measurement value to ballistics
In conjunction with a compatible Garmin smartwatch, measurement values can be tracked live on the wrist without leaving the shooting position. The ShotView™ app allows for documenting shots, analyzing deviations, and adding notes.

Additionally, the Xero C2 is integrated into the Applied Ballistics ecosystem. The measured muzzle velocity can be directly transferred to the AB-Solver – a solid foundation for precise ballistic calculations.

Compact, robust, ready to use
The reinforced housing reliably withstands recoil and is water-resistant according to IPX7. Despite this stability, the chronograph remains handy and fits easily into a pocket.

The operation is intentionally simple and self-explanatory. Turn it on, align it in the shooting direction, shoot. The transflective display remains easily readable even in direct sunlight. The integrated battery lasts for up to 2,000 shots or about 6 hours of operation.
