Your voucher will be provided digitally via email – without shipping costs. If you choose to pay in advance, the voucher will only be sent after payment has been received, as soon as the full amount has been credited to us.
Print template for personal handover
For a stylish handover, we provide you with a free print template. Please note: This is solely a template. The actual voucher will be sent digitally via email with an individual voucher code (discount code).
The voucher code sent via email must be manually entered into the print template before you print it out and give it as a gift.

Voucher conditions (AGB notes)
The following notes apply to the purchase and use of our vouchers and supplement the general terms and conditions.
1. Type of voucher & delivery
This is a digital voucher that is delivered via email.
If you choose the payment method in advance, delivery will only take place after payment has been received.
There is no postal delivery. No shipping costs will be incurred.

2. Redemption
The voucher can only be redeemed in the online shop and in our factory outlet.
To redeem, the voucher code is entered at checkout.
Typically, one voucher code can be redeemed per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3. Validity
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (statutory limitation period, end of the year is decisive).

4. Remaining balance
Unused credit remains valid and can be redeemed on a later order.

5. Payout & cancellation
A payout of the voucher value is excluded, as far as legally permissible.
In case of cancellation, the statutory provisions apply. Already redeemed vouchers can only be reversed within the legal framework.

6. Transferability & liability
Vouchers are transferable.
We accept no liability for loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the voucher code, as far as legally permissible.
In case of abuse, we reserve the right to block vouchers.

7. Restrictions
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further vouchers unless otherwise stated.
Combination with other discount promotions may be excluded.
