The two noble types of wood symbolize the majestic appearance of the male lion: The deep red plum wood represents its powerful, dense mane, while the light, richly grained olive wood reflects the silky shiny coat of its body. Thus, this knife combines strength and elegance in a unique homage to the king of the savannah.
Developed in 1956 for the East African Hunting Organization EAPHA, the PUMA "white hunter" quickly became known worldwide as the ultimate outdoor knife and is now considered an extremely popular classic. Its blade shape is meticulously thought out and effortlessly meets all conceivable requirements.
The stable tip is robust enough to open cans or pry off bottle caps. Centrally on the spine of the blade, there is a chisel edge ground for rough tasks, such as splitting firewood or chopping bones. Additionally, the blade has a practical sawtooth in the rear area of the edge to cut through green branches, fish skin, or similar materials with a firm surface.
The model in this exclusive version is available with high-quality handle scales made from two different, carefully selected types of wood: deep red shimmering plum wood and beautifully grained olive wood. Between the wooden elements, an elegant brass spacer has been incorporated, further emphasizing the noble appearance of this classic.
Another highlight of this lion version is the beautiful laser engraving on the blade. The knives are continuously numbered. The numbers are assigned in the order of receipt of the orders. Therefore, selecting a number is not possible.
