Hunters and connoisseurs of the knife manufacturing company PUMA appreciate our classic "waidbesteck," which was developed by OFM Walter Frevert in the mid-20th century. Even today, it is part of traditional hunting equipment. However, at PUMA, we see ourselves not only as preservers of inherited traditions but also as creators of new traditions!
After the successful presentation of the three HUNT TO SURVIVE knife models, which PUMA developed in collaboration with Frankonia and the three adventurers John, Philipp, and Niklas, we are now introducing our modern interpretation of the "waidbesteck." These knives are loyal companions that withstand extreme situations and provide reliable support, not only in the wilderness of Canada (youtube: Hunt to survive).
We now offer the models Frischling and Keiler with a combination leather sheath, so both knives can always be securely carried on the belt or equipment. The small PUMA Frischling is a perfect backup knife and excels at delicate cutting tasks. Its skeleton construction makes it lightweight and handy. The large PUMA Keiler is perfect for bushcraft or outdoor activities; demanding tasks such as chopping wood, gutting game, or cutting thick materials are no problem for the massive blade. The G10 handle provides a high level of grip security. The accompanying high-quality combination saddle leather sheath reliably holds the PUMA waidbesteck HUNT TO SURVIVE. What is your next adventure?
Both knives are made in Solingen.
