The result is a very high-quality cutting tool for the table that combines functionality, elegance, and aesthetics. The entire line and the black Micarta of the handle scales, which are backed with red fiber, speak for themselves and express our high standards for design. The knife features a blade made entirely through the handle from German, stainless quality steel according to DIN 1.4116 (X50CrMoV15) with a hardness of 57-59 HRC.
