Diamond sharpening disc
The HORL®Diamond Standard is the ideal surface to efficiently sharpen all knife steels of any hardness without water. The grain size of 46 μm allows for optimal sharpening results and guarantees a long lifespan. Note: The sharpening discs of the HORL®2 Cruise are not interchangeable.

Stainless steel honing disc
The stainless steel honing disc smooths the edge after the sharpening process and removes the burr or remaining material particles with the help of the integrated grooves. A few movements are sufficient for this. The sharpening discs of the HORL®2 Cruise are not interchangeable.

High-quality efficiency
The HORL®Diamond Standard is the most durable and efficient sharpening medium on the market. The monocrystalline diamonds are harder than any knife steel and are fixed in a nickel bed by about 55% using a galvanic process.

The secret to the perfect angle
The combination of strong neodymium magnets and the HORL®S-Pad allows for a secure fixation of the knife during sharpening. Reinforced by the anti-slip effect of the S-Pad, even small blades can be sharpened consistently and reproducibly at the desired height.
