Description

PULSAR Symbion LRF DXR50 Multispectral Binoculars with Thermal Imaging, Digital Optics, and Laser Rangefinder
Multispectral Observation Device for Day, Night, and Challenging Environmental Conditions The PULSAR Symbion LRF DXR50 is a binocular multispectral binocular that combines thermal imaging technology and digital day and night vision in one device. By simultaneously utilizing multiple wavelength ranges (visible light, near-infrared, and long-wave infrared), the device allows for differentiated observation regardless of the time of day and weather conditions.

The thermal imaging channel supports the quick locating of objects, while the digital channel allows for a detailed assessment of the environment, structure, and features. In picture-in-picture mode, both channels can be displayed together to analyze detail information specifically.
Highly sensitive thermal imaging sensor with NETD < 18 mK Equipped with an uncooled VOx thermal imaging sensor (640 × 480 pixels, 12 µm), the Symbion LRF DXR50 offers high thermal sensitivity. With a system NETD of less than 18 mK, even small temperature differences are reliably represented. This supports stable image quality even in rain, fog, high humidity, or low temperature contrast.
Digital 4K Day/Night Vision Channel The digital channel operates at 4K resolution and accurately displays fine details, contours, and movement patterns. This facilitates the visual differentiation of objects as well as the assessment of structure and behavior in daylight and low-light conditions. The integrated 850 nm infrared illumination supports use in darkness.
Integrated Laser Rangefinder up to 1,500 m The integrated Laser Rangefinder (LRF) allows distance measurements up to 1,500 meters.
The measurement can be performed in single or continuous mode and is displayed directly on the screen with an accuracy of ± 1 meter.
Optional Electronic Image Stabilization The electronic image stabilization can be activated optionally and reduces shaking at high magnification. This makes it easier to observe distant or moving objects and provides a steadier image over longer periods.
Image Boost Image Processing Technology The integrated Pulsar Image Boost Technology combines several image processing algorithms to optimize: Detail representation Contrast Sharpness Halftones in homogeneous image areas Additionally, filters for smoothing as well as extensive brightness and contrast settings are available. The manual sensitivity adjustment of the sensor allows for targeted optimization under changing conditions.
High-performance F50/1.0 thermal imaging lens The germanium lens with a focal length of 50 mm and an F1.0 aperture supports high light yield. In combination with the sensitive sensor, the device delivers high-contrast thermal images even in unfavorable environmental conditions.
9 selectable color palettes To adapt to different observation situations, nine color palettes are available: White Hot Black Hot Red Hot Rainbow Red Monochrome Sepia Green Violet These allow for flexible representation depending on the environment and personal preference.
Binocular Vision for Fatigue-Free Observation The binocular design supports natural vision with both eyes and reduces fatigue during prolonged use. The interpupillary distance is adjustable from 62 to 74 mm and can be customized individually.
Ergonomic Binocular Design with One-Hand Operation The device is based on the classic binocular design and offers a compact, balanced form factor. Seven function buttons and a centrally positioned menu wheel allow quick access to frequently used functions. The operation can be adjusted for both right-handed and left-handed users.
Photo, Video and Audio Recording with 64 GB Storage The Symbion LRF DXR50 features a built-in recorder for: Photos (JPG) Videos with sound The internal 64-GB storage provides ample capacity for extensive recordings.
Distance Sensor and Display Shutdown An integrated distance sensor automatically turns off the displays when the device is removed from the eyes and turns them back on as soon as it is used. Additionally, a manual display off function is available.
WLAN Connectivity with Stream Vision 2 Using the integrated WLAN (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), the device can be connected to the Stream Vision 2 App. Supported features include: Live image transmission Media management Device settings Software updates
Robust Magnesium Housing and IP67 Protection The housing is made of a magnesium alloy and is protected against dust and water according to IP67.
The device is designed for a temperature range of 25 °C to +50 °C.
