Heck-Pack Rear Carrier Optimal – hot-dip galvanized game carrier with ECE road approval

The Heck-Pack Rear Carrier Optimal is built for tough hunting use. The hot-dip galvanization according to DIN EN ISO 1461 permanently protects the carrier from corrosion and makes it resistant to moisture, dirt, and road salt. With an expected lifespan of around 30 years, it is designed for long-term use.

The frame is made of square tube ST 37 with a cross-section of 30 × 30 × 2 mm. The mesh size of 50 × 50 × 5 mm and a tensile strength of the weld points of 350 to 700 kg ensure high stability. The construction is cleanly processed, free of sharp edges, and designed for safe handling.

Thanks to ECE type approval, the rear carrier is permitted in road traffic without registration or TÜV inspection. The net payload is up to 89 kg, making the Heck-Pack Optimal one of the strongest road-approved game carriers in its class. The permissible vertical load of the respective tow hitch is always crucial.

The attachment is made via a one-hand lever quick-release system directly to the tow hitch. The carrier can be mounted or dismounted without tools in a few seconds. With the adapter flange, it is suitable for all common tow hitches.

The EU-wide valid road approval allows use in over 60 countries, even outside the EU. The rear carrier is delivered with a type plate, ECE certificate, and information material for use in road traffic.

High-strength screws of grade 10.8, a pre-assembled closure, a theft protection via padlock, and two tension straps are included in the delivery.
