The PIXFRA Taurus T635 LRF is aimed at hunters who want to capture as much of their surroundings as possible in forest areas and feeding spots while not wanting to forgo precise distance measurement. The combination of high sensor resolution, wide field of view, and integrated laser rangefinder makes the device a versatile tool for structurally rich hunting grounds.

The VOx sensor with 640×512 pixels, 12 µm pitch, and a sensitivity of <18 mK NETD delivers a significantly finer resolved image than 384 systems. Especially in the forest, it allows for clear separation of game bodies, background, and vegetation. The 35 mm f1.0 lens offers a detection distance of up to 1800 m while remaining practical for typical hunting distances.

For point of impact, the T635 LRF relies on sub-pixel zeroing with a click value of 0.9 cm at 100 m. This enables precise sighting and a reproducible mounting. The M52×0.75 thread is compatible with common adapters, and the shock resistance of up to 6000 Joules provides reserves for hunting use.

The integrated laser rangefinder measures distances up to 1000 m accurately and remains invisible to game. Especially at feeding spots, clearings, or forest edges, it provides reliable distance information without the need for a separate device.

A clear difference from the T435 LRF is the wide field of view of 22 × 17.5 m at 100 m. More surroundings remain in view, which is crucial when there is movement or multiple pieces in the image. The display is provided via an OLED screen with 1920×1080 pixels. The device is designed for target optics up to 10x.

Operation is quiet via the 3-button layout with focus dial or through the Bluetooth remote control with magnetic holder. The PIPS 2.0 firmware ensures a clean image with noise reduction and edge sharpening, while the AAIC image calibration stabilizes the image automatically. Six color palettes and hotspot tracking support quick target acquisition.

The magnesium alloy housing is sealed according to IP67 and operates reliably from -30 °C to +55 °C. A replaceable 18650 battery provides up to 6 hours of runtime. Images and videos can be stored in the 32 GB internal memory, and a WLAN live stream is also possible.
