The Ragnar pants are made of 96% nylon and 4% elastane, making the material stretchy and flexible. The pants do not have a membrane but have received a DWR treatment, which stands for "Durable Water Repellent." The treatment makes the pants dirt and water repellent, as water beads off the surface of the pants and runs off or evaporates instead of penetrating the material.
