Grevens briquettes are products produced by neighboring manufacturers for the Nordic market in the types of wood: ash, alder, beech, pear, apple, and Grevens selection. The smoking briquettes are used to achieve a good flavor when smoking in, for example, Bradley smokers. In collaboration with a starch expert, we developed a natural and food-approved binder. A modified industrial press with a pressure of 6 tons ensures that the briquettes are strong and compact. Ash (60% ash and 40% alder) produces a flavorful smoke, as both needle rice and wood from the bush are used. It is best used for fish and pork.
