Walther OSK 1 – robust outdoor knife with versatile blade shape

The Walther OSK 1 features a powerful blade made of 440C and an extra-long handle that allows for various hand positions. Gripping further back generates more momentum for chopping, while gripping further forward provides more control for carving or precise work. This variable grip area makes the OSK 1 a tool that adapts flexibly to the task at hand.

The blade combines a recurve area for peeling bark with a straight tip that transfers force cleanly forward. The wide spine can be struck with a mallet when splitting wood. The pronounced hand guard prevents slipping and ensures safety during powerful cuts. The continuous full-tang construction with a striking piece at the end of the handle provides stability in every work situation.

The directly molded polymer handle with non-slip TPR inserts sits securely in the hand, even in wet or cold conditions. The delivery includes a robust nylon sheath with puncture protection as well as MOLLE and belt loops for flexible attachment.
