If you wish to purchase an item via shipping, please note that we require your complete contact details including a phone number. You will receive an email from us with an order confirmation in the form of a customer order. Please note that the order will be sent as a PDF, and check your spam folder as well. When purchasing firearms, we require your acquisition permit in the following form: For the purchase of handguns or for the purchase of long guns through a firearms ownership card (WBK) with an approved pre-entry, we always need the WBK in original, as we, as the transferor, must enter the model and serial number. For the purchase of long guns by hunters, we require the hunting license or a certified copy! It is also possible to send us a scan via email, but only in conjunction with the telephone extension and name of the responsible contact person at your issuing authority. Please note that we only ship with certified shipping companies that guarantee personal delivery. It is necessary that you can identify yourself personally to the courier. Delivery usually takes place on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM; an alternative delivery address can be specified by arrangement. Scheduled deliveries are also possible, but at an additional cost.

A sale in EU states is possible, but we require a so-called movement permit from the recipient state. To check the transport costs, we need your complete address; without this, it is not possible for us to determine the shipping costs. If you wish to purchase a weapon from another EU country, you will receive an order confirmation in the form of a customer order, specifying the weapon number and bank details or the international bank account from us via email. This will be sent as a PDF file; please check your spam folder. The actual transport costs incurred will be disclosed in the customer order. These must be paid in advance along with the price of the weapon. With the incoming payment of the purchase price, the goods are firmly reserved for you. If no payment is received within 10 working days, the weapon may be released again for sale. You will then have no claim to fulfill your order. If you have received the EU movement permit from your competent regulatory authority, please send it to us in original; you will receive it back with the ordered weapon. We will then apply for the German export license. Depending on the workload at the authority, this can generally take 8-10 days, in individual cases even 2-3 weeks. After that, the weapon will be shipped as quickly as possible.

In general, we always need a phone number for international shipping, preferably a mobile phone or a landline number where you can be reached at any time for inquiries.

If no payment is received within 10 working days, the weapon may be released again for sale. You will then have no claim to fulfill your order. Since the shipping of weapons to these countries may be difficult and expensive, we work with the company Krico and Falko (the contact details of the company will be sent to you upon request). However, the buyer must commission this company for the shipping and settle the costs. The company Krico and Falko will inform you of the shipping costs. After payment for the weapon, the weapon will be sent on your behalf to the company
