Thanks to its large zoom range, it offers excellent overview at short distances as well as a clear, high-contrast representation at medium ranges.

The robust housing made of aluminum alloy is completely waterproof (IPX7) and protected against dust. A nitrogen-filled optic reliably prevents the internal lenses from fogging up during rapid temperature changes. With its high shock resistance up to 7000 J, the optic is also well-suited for intensive outdoor use.

The ergonomic, zero-resettable turrets allow for precise adjustment and quick return to the original position. The illuminated reticle is located in the second focal plane, remaining fine at any magnification and not covering the field of view. The brightness is continuously adjustable, including intermediate steps for quick switching off or for use with night vision technology.

With a wide field of view of up to 22.5 m at 100 m and a comfortable eye relief of 90 mm, the Jaeger 1.5642 ensures natural, fatigue-free observation—ideal for driven hunt-like scenarios, stalking, or observation in changing light conditions.
