The GSG 1911 is a full-size single-action semi-automatic pistol designed after the Colt 1911, developed by the legendary gunsmith John M. Browning. In constructing this 1911 in .22 caliber, the goal was to incorporate as many parts in original size as possible. Thus, nearly 80% of all parts of the GSG 1911 are interchangeable with parts from the original Colt 1911 pistol - all in line with the motto "Inch made in Germany."
