For the purchase of handguns or for the purchase of long guns through a firearms ownership card (WBK) with an approved pre-entry, we always need the WBK in original, as we as the transferor must enter the model and serial number.
For the purchase of long guns by hunters, we require the hunting license or a certified copy! It is also possible to send us a scan via email, but only in connection with the direct phone extension and name of the responsible contact person at your issuing authority.
Please note that we only ship with certified shipping companies that guarantee personal delivery. It is necessary for you to be able to identify yourself to the courier. Delivery usually takes place on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM; an alternative delivery address can be specified by arrangement. Scheduled deliveries are also possible, but they incur additional costs.

A sale in EU states is possible, but we need a so-called movement approval from the recipient state. To check the transport costs, we need your complete address; without it, we cannot determine the shipping costs. If you want to purchase a weapon from another EU country, you will receive an order confirmation in the form of a customer order, specifying the weapon number and bank details or the international bank account from us via email. This will be sent as a PDF file; please check your spam folder. The actual transport costs will be stated in the customer order. These must be paid in advance along with the weapon price. Upon receipt of the purchase price, the goods are firmly reserved for you. If no payment is received within 10 working days, the weapon may be released again for sale. You will then have no claim to fulfill your order. If you have received the EU movement permit from your competent authority, please send it to us in original; you will receive it back with the ordered weapon. We will then apply for the German export license. Depending on the workload at the authority, this can generally take 8-10 days, in individual cases even 2-3 weeks. After that, the weapon will be shipped as quickly as possible.

In general, we always need a phone number for international shipping, preferably a mobile or landline number where you can be reached at all times for inquiries.
