In Norse mythology, Andhrímnir was the tireless cook of the gods and fallen warriors in Valhalla – every day he prepared the mystical animal Sæhrímnir, which came back to life every night. Inspired by this legend, knife maker Dirk Hofmeister brings the Böker Plus Andhrimnir Mini to market, a blade that masterfully combines Nordic magic and modern functionality.

The fixed-blade knife from Midgards Messer impresses with full tang construction and a 6 mm thick Wharncliffe blade made of D2 steel in a striking two-tone finish. Double-sided hollow grinds and precise jimping ensure maximum control and stability during daily cutting tasks.

The ergonomically milled G10 handle scales feel comfortable in the hand and allow for fatigue-free work. A perfectly fitting Kydex sheath with belt adapter and lanyard hole rounds off the overall package – robust, functional, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail.
